The American Immigration Law Office LTD may change its Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion, from time to time, and you agree to be bound by and comply with such Terms and Conditions as they may be modified. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website.

These terms and conditions of use apply solely to your access to, and use of, the website of the American Immigration Law Office LTD located at www.ailawoffice.com. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with the American Immigration Law Office LTD. Cookies Policy

Like most web sites, this site uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes to be able to remember preferences. Different websites can each send their own cookies to your browser if your preferences allow it. You can configure your browser to accept or reject cookies. If you disable your cookies, the site may not function as intended. You can easily remove cookies from your computer at any time, and options to manage cookies are usually found in either Privacy or Options tabs within preference panels accessed from your browser's main menu (usually found under headings such Edit, Tools, Options, or if you're using a Macintosh under the menu option with name of the application you're using).

On this web site, we use various cookies, none of which will cause you or your computer any harm and none of this contains your secure information, such as credit card and payment details etc. However, we use the cookies to help your browsing experience and collect information such as: visits, page views, average time on site, referrals, and related information so that we can improve our site.

Privacy Policy

The American Immigration Law Office LTD takes your privacy seriously and we will not lease, sell, or otherwise release to a third party any personal information you provide through our website, unless we have your permission. The American Immigration Law Office LTD may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe such an action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property and personal safety of American Immigration Law Office LTD and its website.

Initial Discussion

The purpose of our initial discussion is to determine, in general terms, whether the law firm handles the type of legal matter that you are seeking assistance with. No assurance is given that, upon subsequently learning the detailed facts of your case, your case will still fall under the types of cases which the American Immigration Law Office LTD handles. In any event, the law firm reserves the right to decline subsequent representation of any individual or company with whom it carried out an initial discussion or consultation. If you live outside the United Kingdom, the initial discussion will generally consist of electronic communication (e-mail).

Because every immigration case is fact-specific, legal advice cannot be given without fully understanding your particular situation. For this reason, we regret that the American Immigration Law Office LTD cannot give legal advice during the initial discussion and cannot comment upon the strength or weakness of your case. While everything you say is confidential and will not be revealed to anyone without your consent (absent legal requirements for specific disclosure), no attorney-client relationship is formed due to having an initial discussion with the American Immigration Law Office LTD. An individual only becomes a client of the firm when he/she signs a retainer agreement with the American Immigration Law Office LTD. You may subsequently schedule a full consultation with the attorney to discuss your goals and circumstances, and receive legal advice which is tailored to your particular situation.
