Telephonic Consultation Useful Information

Expect our call: On the day of your consultation, at the agreed upon time (please review the confirmation email to ascertain those details), the attorney will phone you on the telephone number indicated in the confirmation email. If you would prefer for us to phone you on a different UK phone number, kindly please provide those details to us.

Sound quality: In order to maximize sound quality, we recommend providing, if possible, a landline number that we can phone you on. However, we are equally happy to phone you on a mobile phone so long as your reception is good.

Rescheduling appointments: Thank you for your payment of the consultation deposit. Although the deposit is non-refundable, if you wish to reschedule your consultation and give us at least 48 working hours' notice before the existing appointment, we will endeavour to do so if possible.
